Common Returns Questions

Is return shipping free?

Exchanges are free in the US Only. 8% Restocking fees for refunds are deducted when original form of payment is credited.Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid label via email. We can not accommodate pre-paid labels for international returns and exchanges at this time.

What type of returns to you accept?

Refunds and exchanges. Final Sale Items and sometimes be exchanged for another size but customer pays return shipping. Email us for assistance with these type of returns. 

How long do returns take to process?

Once we receive your return it will take 1-5 business days to process. If you are exchanging  we will ship the new item back to the same address on the return label. Please keep in mind refunds can take 7-14 days.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 14 days.
  • Pre-Order items please email for returns. Must be returned with-in 14 days of the pre-order ship date.
  • Have NO signs of wear included deodorant, stains and make-up. WE ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT HOW ITEMS ARE SENT BACK! 
  • Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Beach Babe Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • All Original tags and panty liners must be still attached. 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Any Items on sale
  • Discounts of 25% or more
  • Items bought In-Store
  • Accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, body care
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
